"The breakfast was very well layed out with a large selection. Top quality. hot tub was there but not functioning. The pool was a little chilly .The breakfast and bar service was slow and not that attentive for a 5 star hotel "

"Hotel and room were clean. Staff was professional, helpful and courteous. Breakfast had decent options and the food was good/fresh. Location was a little outside the city center, but located right next to the train station. "

"Room and the staff were awesome!! We did not include breakfast with our reservation, but ate there on morning. It was pricey (25 per), but it was awesome so it maybe cheaper with reservation. Hotel is in a great location-close to everything. A really good experience and we would stay here again "

"Had a great stay in one of the refurbished rooms (design). Bed was really comfortable with lots of pillows and crisp white sheets. Shower room excellent and clean. Communal areas are good, can't understand why some other reviews say different. There are vending machines for cold drinks, snacks and coffee which I found very useful. The staff were all helpfull. Breakfast is excellent, especially the service from Ali and the very lovely Ofelia, always with a smile, thank you."
