"The hotel was in a great location, walkable and enjoyable. Great restaurants nearby. Historical areas abound! The people at the hotel were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable!"

"Pros: The hotel has a great location near a U-station. It also offers free laundry. Cons: Our bedding smelled very bad, and it did not improve after requesting a room cleaning. Also, the room was very hot and stuffy. The air conditioning did not work correctly despite following the instructions to the letter. We kept the windows open full time. The WiFi worked about 30% of the time. It was in and out."

"The Steigenberger Hotel Am Kanzleramt (hard name to remember!) by the Berlin Hauptbahnhof is excellent. Very convenient location, nice rooms and a great spa which is complimentary for hotel guests. I've stayed here twice, and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Berlin!"
