「Room was extremely warm and had 0 airflow even when the window was open, WiFi did not work in the room at all, we were third floor which could’ve been the issue. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Location was in a good spot very easy to get to the main parts of Berlin. Nothing to nice about it but the hotel is cheap which is a plus」

Mit einigen anderen Gästen mit demgleichen Problem haben wir den Support kontaktiert, die uns auch nicht richtig helfen konnten. Nach einer ewigen Wartezeit hat uns eine Dame beim Support (um 16:40 Uhr) unser Zimmer zugewiesen, sodass ich es öffnen konnte. Dort fanden wir dann 2 Putzkräfte vor die gerade erst anfingen mit der...

Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find.
