"Loved our stay!! This was the first hotel we stayed at when we landed at Narita airport. The airport limo bus (orange bus which we booked through Klook) was so convenient since it made a stop right in front of the hotel. So after a long direct flight with two young kids, this airport bus was so helpful, and we didn’t have to worry about lugging all our luggage through the trains, navigating the train stations (this is our first time in Tokyo). The breakfast buffet was yummy, lots of options! Fairly close walking distance to the Kinshichō station which has lots of different JR lines. Also close to different food spots and convenience stores and a mall! The room itself was decently spacious , that we were able to open and spread out our luggages, especially when we were unpacking and packing up"

"this hotel was absolutely amazing. the staff was so nice, friendly and also very welcoming. i booked another hotel in a different area before my stay only to then rebooked chinzanso because i missed it. i would 100% recommend this hotel whether it’s your first stay in tokyo or you’ve been there before. amazing. the garden during the day and at night is breath taking. i could have spent so much time there. when i come back to tokyo i will 100% be staying here again. "

"Not bad of a location. About 10 min walk to station. Clean. It’s really close to the red light district if your into that. 7 11 is about a few min walk away. Close to a dotonbori. This place doesn’t have a high tech viewing system of the laundry timer but they have a seperated building that can do laundry faster. Staff and rooms were good and small tho"
