"Our stay at the Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations and truly made our trip unforgettable. One of the highlights was definitely the food. There were so many dining options to choose from, and every day we tried a different restaurant. Each meal was delicious, with a great variety of cuisines and excellent quality. It never felt repetitive, and we were always excited for the next dining experience. The swimming pool was also beyond incredible — easily one of the best hotel pools we have ever experienced. It was beautiful, relaxing, and extremely well maintained. My son absolutely loved it and had the best time during our stay. Seeing how happy he was made the experience even more special for our family. As for the facilities, there is honestly nothing to complain about. Everything was modern, clean, luxurious, and very well organized. You can really feel the high standards throughout the entire hotel. Most importantly, the staff were truly exceptional. Every single employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their hospitality was easily 10/10 and made us feel welcomed and cared for every moment of our stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families. It was an unforgettable experience."

"My stay at the Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa in Tokyo, Japan was nothing short of amazing. From the beautiful architecture to the outstanding hospitality, this hotel delivered a true luxury experience in every way. The rooms were spacious, modern, and offered incredible views of Tokyo along with the hotel’s stunning Japanese gardens. After busy days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge in comfort. The attention to detail throughout the property was impressive, and the staff provided exceptional service from check-in to departure. One of the highlights was the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the hotel. Even though it is located in the heart of Tokyo near Shinagawa Station, the gardens and elegant setting made it feel like a private oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. "The staff were the most unhelpful life seen in my almost 40 years of travel Whenever there was an issue, they would smile sweetly, and basically tell you to go blank yourself, but in a very polite manner There were many issues and each time I was basically told we don’t care If I could give this a less than zero rating, I would This by far has been the worst hotel experience of my adult life As an example, they post that they have a gym. Nobody tells you that if you don’t have a Japanese SIM card you can’t access their Jim when I brought this to the attention of the staff. They offered two solutions one go buy a Chinese SIM card to find another gym both equally unhelpful and showed a complete lack of empathy or interest The whole state was like this From check-in to check out. For check-in, they would allow you to check in early for a fee, even though they stated the room is ready Then once you agreed to the fee, they said oh at this time we have to have that by another $20-$80 Australian I caution travellers to never use this hotel"
