Nice business hotel

A bit dated, but good business hotel near the Fukuoka International Convention Centre. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I am fluent in Japanese so I did not need to use English, but I heard them all speak English very well.

Good hotel

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. There’s no ocidental breakfast available, only Asian. Good size of the bedroom for a japense standards, but very small bathroom. Rooms are bit outdated.

This hotel is very clean and the services are exceptionally good. I chose it because I was competing in the World Masters Swimming Championship which was just two blocks away. It provides everything you need for a short stay. Space is limited, but it has everything. Facilities and conditions are comparable to the Marriott Courtyard in America. But it has better services and far better breakfast.

シングルルームの風呂が狭いので大柄の方は不向きに思えました。朝食のサービスは、利用者さん方がかなり喜ばれてました。立地環境は、徒歩でサンパレス、マリンメッセに行けますのでかなり良好でお勧めできます。

空港から30分と近く、近隣施設(マリンメッセ福岡、福岡国際展示場など)が徒歩10分と近いのでその施設を利用の際は非常に便利です。部屋の中は綺麗ですが、洗面台が部屋の中にあったり、風呂場も湯船がなくシャワーのみの点に注意です。湯船に浸かりたい場合は徒歩6分で行ける「波葉の湯」をご利用下さい。食事もできます。

酒店房間簡陋，離鐵路站和商場頗遠，但價錢相對昂貴，由於當天急忙找住宿地方，很多其他酒店已經爆滿，故沒有太多選擇。結論是性價比低好的地方是有免費早餐，員工服務也不錯。

긴 연휴라 2박에 58만원에 예약했습니다.비용이 비슷한 다른곳은 거의 마감이었습니다.연휴라 비싸다는점을 감안하더라도 호텔 실내에 먼지가 많고 공기가 쾌적하지 않아 불편했습니다. 스탠다드트윈룸이었고 매우매우 작습니다. 침대 두개를 제외하고는 움직일 공간이 거의 없습니다. 금고크기의 냉장고 문을 열려면 쪼그려앉아 테이블다리를 피해 팔을구부려 열어야 합니다. 창문에 방충망이 없고 방에들어가자마자 날벌레 한마리가 벽에 있었습니다. 아침저녁 해가 없을때는 바람이 창문에서 들어와 매우 춥습니다. 거울에서 가장 가까운 콘센트에 헤어드라이기를 연결해도 거울을 보고 헤어드라이를 하려면 팔과 몸이 벽에 부딪힙니다. 돌려서 여는 옛날식 쇠열쇠라 복고체험하는 재미는있으나 복도에 나와 문을 닫으면 바닥에 먼지가 날리는것이 눈앞에 보입니다. 방에서도 아침에 해가 뜨면 바닥카펫 먼지가 걸을때마다 날립니다. 어메니티와 수건은 2층 프론트에 있어 필요한만큼 가져다쓰게 되어있습니다. 2층 프론트앞에 큰 회의용 테이블 두개와 각 테이블에 의자가 8-10개 정도있는데 아침조식을 이 테이블에서 합니다. 모르는사람들과 다같이 둘러앉아 식사를 하는것이 낯설면서도 오랜만에 느끼는 재밌는 경험이었습니다. 조식은 일본식 가정식으로 매일 똑같은데 배급받는 느낌이 들면서도 음식이 정성스러워서 이렇게 길들여지는것도 나쁘지않은 기분이었습니다. 방에는 냉장고안에 물이한병도 없지만 프론트앞 로비에 물,얼음,뜨거운물, 녹차,홍차,커피, 쿠키 등 원하는 만큼 먹을수있게 해놓은점도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 컵과 컵받침까지 일본전통 도자기스타일로 몇가지 준비되어있습니다. 아침 조식을먹을때는 한켠에 준비된 전자식 피아노에 어떤 남자직원이 클래식 음악을 연주해주고 큰테이블식탁에는 생화가 정성스럽게 장식되어 있습니다. 공항에 도착해 호텔까지 가까운거리가 아니라 힘들게 찾았고, 짐을 맡기려 체크인 시간전에 일찍도착해서 처음 응대해주신 아저씨직원이 좀 퉁명스럽고 불친절하시고 귀찮아하는것 같아 실망했었는데 그 아저씨 이외에 다른직원분들은 모두다 너무 친절하시고, 마직막 체크아웃후 공항에갈때 택시를 불러달라고 요청했을때 응대해주신 잘생긴 젊은 남자직원은 택시가 도착하자 1층 호텔문을 나와 택시까지 안내해주셨습니다. (프론트는2층) 어메니티와 추가수건이 셀프인곳에서 이렇게 친절한 안내를 받아서 감동하였고, 처음 만난 불친절한 직원때문에 크게 기대를안한 탓인지, 호텔의 독특한 스타일때문인지 모르겠지만,뭔가 사소한것 하나하나에 감동하게 되어버리게 만드는 정말 유니크한 매력이 있는 호텔임이 확실하다. 일본식 아침식사를 모르는 여행객들과 함께 둘러앉아 먹으며, 특급호텔 라운지나 로비에서만 봤던 피아노라이브 연주를 들을수있는 기회를 주신 하카타 카사네 베이사이드호텔. 강력추천하지는 않지만 갔다오면 오래 기억에는 남는 호텔인것은 확실하다.

新しい地図の福岡国際センターでのファンミーティングで宿泊しました。ホテルの部屋の窓からも国際センターが見えて最高でした。近くに天然温泉があり夕食とお風呂はそちらを利用しました。海も近いのでお散歩もオススメです。夜景がきれいでした。また利用したいです。
