The room was comfortable and fit our needs. Front staff were friendly and helpful with questions about directions. The close proximity to train and bus terminals is a huge plus for day trips

The hotel was a bit dated and the room and carpet had cigarette smell. But the location was great. Hakata station was in front of the hotel as well as the taxi and bus terminals. There's also a tax free shop beside the hotel selling souvenirs and stuff at a lower price than donki. The hotel staff were kind and very helpful which made up for what the hotel lacks. Will definitely stay here again.

スタッフの態度が不愉快で2度と泊まらない

システムの変換で間違えたとの事で、苗字が間違えて登録されていてチェックインに時間がかかった。 苗字を伝えているのに、ホテル側で登録されている苗字を正として話され、不愉快だった。 お客様の名前を間違えるということはあってはならない事だと考えるが、一切の謝罪もなかった。 2度と泊まらない。

位置超讚！一出站就可以看到飯店了，很好找！但窗戶看出去就是大樓～ 在預訂房間時加購早餐是最划算的，現場加購的價格高很多！ 採用自助報到機，但櫃檯人員仍會熱心給予協助，不用太擔心！櫃檯會給您一個硬幣以投入行李櫃置放行李，並請保管好鑰匙！ 櫃檯前方有備品可以自行取用，環保且不浪費為原則，有入浴劑非常有趣！ 房間寬敞乾淨，床鋪也很舒適，入住期間滿寧靜的，能好好休息。雖然是禁菸房，但每次進房時都有煙味，需要開空調運轉一下才會散去。
