Close to train stations and malls. Staff is very eager to help. Room clean but bin is not emptied when checked in. No bathtub. A bit trouble to renew room card authority everyday. Still nice overall.

室内とても広くて清潔。バスタブに浸かりたい人は向いてないが、シャワーだけでいい人は全然大丈夫！だけど、シャワーブースの中に洗面台がある為シャワー後に歯磨きや、朝の仕度する時は足場が濡れている為しばらくは使いづらそう。フロントマンがとても上品で親切。コンビニや食事処も近くにあるからとても便利！

寝るだけなら十分

西鉄福岡（天神）駅へのアクセスが良く料金も手ごろです。部屋はビジネスホテルとしては十分な広さがあり、掃除が行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができました。フロントでの対応も丁寧でした。 バスタブはなくシャワーブースだけですが、素泊まりのホテルですのでこれに自体に不満はありません。洗面所がシャワーブースの中にしかないのは少し困りました。 総合的には満足できるレベルです。

総合的には期待以上でした。星4にしたのは求めるものが違う人にはお勧めできないから。ビジネスユースでは結構いいと思います。 室内も広め。シャワーしかなかったので長期滞在はどうしようか。というところです。建物そのものは古いかもしれないが中はきれいだと思います。 朝食サービスはないと思いますが、地下鉄駅に入る地下街にカフェがいくつもあるので困らないと思います。 最近は博多のビジネスホテルが高いので、金額が合えばまた利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

とにかく最低限という感じ。トイレと洗面室が狭い。パジャマとタオルの糊がきいてないので清潔感に不安を抱く。

地理的には、便利な立地場所で良かった。施設内サービスは、あまりに整っていなくて驚いた。アメニティやタオル類、メモ帳、筆記具もない。荷物をおける台もない。飲み物用のコップ等もない。空調の音であまり寝れなかった。もう少し改善されないとまた利用したいとは思えない。

アクセス面で選びました。 最初に目に入るフロント部分であれ？と思い 民泊のような年配のフロントの方の対応 家族経営なのでしょうか、、、 お部屋もぱっと見最初は問題なかったのですがに入ると床が湿った感じかしてエアコン入れても床のカーペットがしっとり。 洗面スペースもバスマットの下は髪の毛だらけ、トイレットペーパーホルダー、冷蔵庫の中にも髪の毛。 洗面の排水溝に歯磨き粉のキャップが落ちたままでした。 お掃除なさったのかな？と とにかく全体的にお掃除が行き届いてない感じでした。 ドライヤーの不具合にはすぐ対応していただきました。 フロント黒いソファーの座布団みたいなクッションは自宅感で微妙です。 普通の一般的なホテルに泊まりたかったです。

一人旅で3泊しました。 利便性が良いのに、お値段もお手頃。 夜遅くのチェックインになりましたが、スムーズに出来ました！ フロントの男性の方がとても感じが良かったです。 一つ不安だったのが、フロントは24時間ですがお客様が用がない時は基本裏にいます。そして、エレベーターも誰でも乗れるので、セキュリティーが怖いなぁ…と感じました。 一応、フロント周辺を通る時に「ピンポーン」と音は鳴ってるようですが、別にフロントの方は前には出てこないですし、ベルで呼んだ時には慌てて出て来た様子で…。 食事は、ホテルの隣にはセブンイレブンがあり、道路の向こう側には屋台があり、ホテルの裏下にはご飯屋さんもあります。 また歩いて10分ほどで西中洲まで行けます。 西中洲まで行くと遅くまでお店も空いており、食事には困りません。 博多駅までも20分あれば歩いて行けますし、バスや電車もあるので簡単に行けます。 なので、お土産等を買うのも困りません。 もしまた福岡に行くことがあれば、利用させてもらいます。

アクセス良し

2回目の利用。天神、西鉄天神、天神南と駅へのアクセスが良く、近くにバス停もあります。天神・大名と中洲の間に位置しているので、両方面に行きやすいと思います。

잘 이용했습니다

침대사이즈가 더블이여서 아주 편하게 잤습니다.. 방음도 잘되고 숙소 주변에 아침식사 할곳이 없습니다.. 겨우 즉석 도시락집 찾아서 사먹었어요 그리고 텐진역에서 빠른걸음으로 10분정도 거리에 있어서 좀 힘듬.

텐진 버스터미널이랑 가깝습니다 방도 생각보다 넓었구요 근데 방음이...옆방소리인지 윗방소리인지 웃음소리 쿵쿵소리 다들려요 화장실도 넓고 깨끗합니다 베개에서 냄새가 너무나서 수건깔고 잣어요 ㅜ ㅜ
