適度な立地とサービスの優良ホテル

博多駅筑紫口からは10分歩くが、便利で静かです。とてもいい立地です。スタッフの方は笑顔少なめですが、サービスは的確でミスはありませんでした。 あまり馴れ馴れしくされるよりはプロフェッショナル、という印象でした。 博多に行く際は、また利用するかも、と思っています。 爬虫類専門ショップ、アンテナから程近く、便利でした。 朝食が無料サービスなのも良かったですが、コロナ対応で選択肢は限られてしまいます。

部屋タイプのシャワーのみを見落として湯船につかれなかった。 もう少し表示目立つようにして欲しい。 部屋やホテル外観はモダンでおしゃれでした。 12:00チェックアウトは良い。 朝食もう少しボリュームあるとなおよし。

員工不熟悉服務流程，非但未協助客人還耽誤行程造成不便，地理位置到各購物區不方便，皆需要20分鐘以上步行路程，房間空間不大，7點才開始提供早餐。

Excellent Stay in Hakata

Arietta is excellent for short stay, within reasonable walking distance to Hakata Station. Deluxe twin room is spacious, and it will be perfect if there is a clock and drawers cabinet in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Clean but small room

The room was very small, it would be ok if you are staying on your own or small sized couples. I travelled with my mum, booked the room for two guests. We were ok with the double bed, but we thought it would be more comfortable if we could have separate blanket. We were told they don’t have and can not provide a extra blanket.

出張で宿泊。女性1人でしたが、新しいホテルなので清潔で過ごしやがったです。 駅から気持ち遠いと感じましたが目の前に有名なバーもあり良い環境でした。

깨끗하고 친절한 직원들이 좋았어요. 침구도 폭신 폭신하고 좋았어요 대신에 외부의 소음이 들리는 .... 잘때 좀 거슬렸지만 괜찮았어요 다만 침대밑에 물건이 떨어져서 주웠는데 먼지가 한움쿵 따라 나오는거 보고 보이는곳만 청소하는 구나 싶었어요. 그래도 보이기엔 깔끔해 보였어요. 하카타역에서 도보로 쪼금 걸리지만... 그래도... 다른 일본지역의 방보다 넓고 깨끗해 보였어요.

깨끗한 하카타근처 호텔

하카타 역의 뒷쪽이라 매우 조용한 지역에 있습니다 걸어서 10분안쪽으로 역에서 걸어서 도착했습니다 새로 생긴 호텔이라 깨끗한데 화장실에 샤워가 분리되어 있어서 좋았습니다 방은 매우 작았습니다 번화가가 역 앞에 있어 좀 불편한것 빼고는 전반적으로 만족합니다
