Super recommended hotel to all

The hotel is located in a walkable distance from Fuji JR station (8-10mins). The room is spacious which has two double beds and a small dining table. Washroom is bright and spacious too. It is very clean. The staff there are nice and very helpful. We are so satisfied with the stay as it is exceed our expectation with an economic price.

The room was spacious & breakfast was huge with great personal service. But their restaurant is very small & we couldn’t get a seating for dinner. So we went down the street to a 3 table hole in the wall noodle shop - genuine Japan. The next day after visiting the Mt Fuji World Heritage Center we found a small cafe near the train station for coffee & icecream.

The hotel is well run and clean. The staff was kind and attentive. It’s a little different to leave a physical key with the front desk. Most hotels provide a key card. The only thing that was not very good was that many of the stores or restaurants were closed. Not many dining options.

A 'grand' hotel that evocative of an elegant past with most modern amenities. Only issue I can name is the poor wifi - which is practically useless so we had to rely on our data plans.

신칸센을 타서 신후지역에서 내렸는데 좀 거리가 있어 택시를 타야 합니다. (1,200엔정도) 이외는 모두 좋아요.. 아침 조식도 일본식으로 먹었는데 맛있었고, 직원분들도 모두 친절하시고, 한가지 아쉬운 부분은 후지산 뷰가 있는 룸이 없고 호텔 밖에서는 볼 수 있어요.
