「I loved the location of this property right on the edge of the preserved open area. It was close to Fort Collins, but far enough out to enjoy the country drives and the deer every evening. The walk to the top of the road is scenic and perfect in the evening. Longer hikes were close by and offered lots of Colorado wildlife. We did try fishing in the reservoir but unsuccessfully. I think I fed a lot of fish, but they are too smart for me. The geese were friendly and joined me for breakfast early...
