「Helpful and friendly」

「The room was so clean and everything smelled so good. I kept burying my face in the bed linens because it smelled amazing and was so comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Just hard boiled eggs and chobani yogurt with granola and blueberries. Coffee was good however they didn’t have real sugar out? Just stevia which is the most Vail thing I can think of. Think skinny. 「This was a beautifully designed property with a massive timber reception area, and an attractive appearance with indoor outdoor pool areas, multiple large hot tubs and a fire pit outside. We loved the spacious and modern villa with 2 bedroom, 2 baths and a nice patio. We also really enjoyed an evening at their bar, restaurant, game room. Truly a great place to stay on the north side of Breckenridge, with good access to Frisco and onward to Vail!」

「The room was as basic as it gets. There was no in-room coffee or tea. Coffee was served out of a big cylindrical coffee maker in the lobby. No morning breakfast. The website said they had memory foam mattresses but my room was a spring mattress…..and this is really weird, the spring bed mattress was turned upside down so that you would be laying on the unpadded bottom. Why would they do that? The room was also just marginally clean. The best things about the room was the off-season price and...

「My and my friends had the worst time at this hotel. The pool was under construction, and the entire hotel was so cold that the front office gentleman was wearing a coat the whole time. My partner is allergic to the cold and had such a bad reaction we had to leave the hotel early to take her to the hospital. I honestly would love a refund. This was an awful experience. 」
