"Room was clean and pleasant. Front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and genuinely courteous and kind (quick, too) when we needed extra towels and bedding. Breakfast was great, one of the things we have come to really enjoy at Embassy Suites, and plenty of seating in the dining area and the lovely lobby. Pool was pretty cloudy though and the pool bathrooms were not very clean."

Cons** Our room's thermostat kept making a high pitched whistling noise intermittently, BUT we called maintained they arrived quickly and fixed the problem. The elevators are very small and since we were in the North building on the 9th floor, the walk seemed so long to get back to the downstairs lobby once we got off the elevators. "nice location close to the Northwest Transportation Center you can walk there 1 minute and take the Pace to Rosemont blue line to Ohare airport so you really dont need a car uber, lyft or arrange a car rental there"
