Oakland Airport Executive Hotel
There is no shuttle from the airport, and there hasn’t been one for a while. You can take a city bus for a couple bucks and it will drop you off out front, but I’m not sure why it still says there’s a shuttle on all the booking sites. Definitely not a nice area, but it’s fine for the price.

Good Nite Inn - Redwood City
The front desk staff was especially kind to me after my car got broken into when I was out to dinner in Oakland. They let me park the car right by the check-in desk because I had two windows broken.. They went above and beyond
