「Our air conditioner didn't work after a 95 degree day. After calling downstairs twice, finally at 3:30am someone brought us a fan and told us to open the window. Front desk lady said because we booked through expedia she couldn't help us.」

「The pool was out of service. The front door was out of service. The front elevators were out of service. The bedroom had urine stains in the carpet, mold and feces on the wall. This was by far the worst property I have been to. We did not stay, and instead just drove home. Never stay here!!」
