The room was nice although the bedspread had several cigarette burn holes and even the carpet had a few burn holes. The TV had a problem with the picture freezing off and on and it did it in every channel. But location was good to restaurants and shopping.

I didn’t like the fact my room didn’t lock and anyone could have came in to my room. And the maid cleaned it and didn’t do anything about it.And when we realized it that is when they did something about and put me in a different room finally. You can’t tell me they didn’t know about it in the first place.

This was a terrible experience. We stopped in around 12 PM to just check in because we wouldn’t be back until very late that day. The guy at the desk said all the rooms were being cleaned and I couldn’t check in. I said we didn’t want to go to a room, just wanted to check in so that it would be easier for us later. He said no. Later, around 3:30 pm, I get a call from the hotel telling me that they are over booked and they don’t have a room for us. I said I have a reservation and I booked the room weeks ago. She said sorry but nothing she could do. I asked for the owners name and phone number, she said she would give me a call the next. I did not receive a call. I asked for the person name that I was talking with and she hung up the phone. Terrible service and a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Checked in and was given keys to a room in which someone was already in. Dog started barking and ran towards the door as we shut it. Continental breakfast was a flop. No coffee, waffle batter was clumpy and very limited options. You get what you pay for at this place.

Arrived at noon told cant check in till 3pm. Told room would be clean and ready at that time. Got back at 3pm, checked in and found room filthy. Towels trash food etc, went to desk told someone would clean right away. Waited 1 hour no one showed complained and checked out asking for refund.Desk attendent acted like he couldnot speek english,just hoping to get refund. got back at 3pm checked in and found the room a pig pen

I’ve stayed at other Super 8 hotels and this one was almost unbearable. The stench in the room was overwhelmingly musty that almost couldn’t fall asleep. The beds are uncomfortable but that’s a personal opinion. The I’m 4’9” tall and the shower head was affixed in a way that the water sprayed over my head and it was not adjustable. When we went to check out we waited in the lobby for at least 15 minutes and ended up having to call the hotel in order for someone to come check us out. Not worth it for the price.

Room heater ran every 90 seconds all night, maybe not working properly, blows cool air most of the time! Our room was the furthest from the front desk, next to the back outside door, unsafe, didn’t lock! Asked front desk this morning if there was fruit in breakfast rm, I was told none, only cereal, bagels and pastries! Not special diet friendly! Our room was clean and comfortable!

Don't consider this place. The room was musty smelling. I WAS DOUBLE BILLED! I reserved and prepaid with PayPal. At check in, my card was swiped. My statement showed both pending fees. At check out I confronted the hotel and was told that there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't cancel card swipe. I contacted Hotels.com, spoke to two agents that I could barely understand. They said they contacted the hotel and were told by the manager that it would be taken care of the next morning. Both payments show on my bank statement, that's there way of taking care of it.

Hot, humid and not maintained.
The service was friendly, but we didn't enjoy our room at all and the outer doors do not lock and our window on the first floor wouldn't lock right. Our AC didn't work and it was 98° when we checked in. The AC unit wasn't cooling down, it wasn't sealed right into the wall and we could see light from around the wall unit to outside. It was so uncomfortable and I'm glad we only stayed 1 night. I didn't say anything or asked to be switched since it was only one night, but I had my dog and needed a first floor room. We had originally called ahead to confirm first floor, was told we would have it and at check in was given a 2nd floor room. She was able to switch me back to first floor, but they didn't have ac already started in the rooms, which wouldn't have mattered anyway. At night, we wanted to open the window to cool off, only to find a big hole in the screen of an already unlocked window. Small community and probably safe, but still...not ok. Went to grab breakfast and the juice machine was broken and not sure about the coffee...couldn't check as there were no cups. Waffles did smell great though, but at that point we left since we couldn't have beverages with breakfast.

Felt unsafe and not welcomed
We called ahead of time to let them know we’d be checking in very late. Upon arrival, the young lady at the desk on the night shift wasn’t very friendly. I did not get a “hello” or “how can I help you?” She just looked at me when I walked in. She gave me no information about where to park or what end of the building my room was located. No information about breakfast or checkout times. The only thing she said was “I need you card.” Ok fine, it’s late, maybe she was tired too. No big deal. Upon arrival in our room, we discovered the window was WIDE OPEN. Room on the ground floor, no screen. Someone could have just walked right into our room. I was traveling with my teenage daughter, and this made me very anxious. I checked the bathroom and closets to make sure we were safe, and after several tries, was finally able to get the window locked. The next morning, an employee was loudly talking on her phone on speakerphone…all up and down the hallways, the laundry area, the breakfast area. It was very strange. But when I needed an employee, I could not find one. There were no blow dryers in the room, so I was hoping they might have some at the front desk. I made 2 trips up front that morning to request one…I never saw a soul. And no one answered the phone. Despite this, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the waffles at breakfast was excellent.

Need heavy cleaning too.
The room smelled musty the air conditioning didn’t fit tight and could see daylight around it bathroom door didn’t close,safety bolt on door didn’t line up needed serious painting in room carpet had spots on it ,noticed next morning they were working on some rooms and painting and exterior bad in a couple places.

Everything was good for us. We had to leave before breakfast so I can't comment on that. It was easy to get in and out to the parking lot and to locations to east.

Very run down and room smelled and the carpet had more stains then the Alamo battle. staff very rude just hope I didn't get bed bugs will never stay there again should been a discount for the terrible condition of that room
