I should’ve known something was wrong when I tried to sign into the Internet and it did not recognize my room number nor my name. but I discounted it as a glitch. I called down to the desk and they just said sign into public I did and I was connected to the Internet. The next day we left went down, had breakfast and. went to the conference we were attending. 「We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend.」
