「This place is awesome and the gentleman that owns it is the kindest man you could imagine. It was like staying at my grandfather's house. Nothing fancy, but considering the alternatives in the area, the cleanliness and comfort far exceeded my expectations. Just a couple miles from tippy dam AND he has canoes and kayaks!! 10/10」

「Kevin and Tonya have created a very special motel. Kevin is on the local tourism board and knowledgeable about the area. Both are nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean and don't break the bank. Convenient location. They offer locally-roasted coffee in the morning or a nice selection of tea and have a nice partnership with a local restaurant nearby for breakfast (large portions and delicious). I stayed here on a work trip, but would come back with family. This place reminded me of why family...

「The property was beautiful. The view is great, but only having your room is clean every other day seems ridiculous while in Europe, they clean them every day and give a deluxe breakfast for free instead of a very basic set of food.」

「Great front desk clerks, breakfast was kept clean and well-stocked. The room was a good size and clean. HVAC system was quiet and worked perfectly. Plenty of parking, and adequate wireless Internet. All toilets flushed loudly, there was some road noise, and the beds were creaky, but we slept well regardless. It’s a bit outside town, but the main road was quick and not too busy.」

「Wonderful time. Hotel staff all pleasant and friendly. Hotel aging, but clean. Pool and hot tub were in great condition. Grandkids loved outside playground too! Breakfast was generous and kept fully stocked for full 3 hours each day! Only negative would be having to go cleeeaaar to the back of hotel to find luggage carts. Looking forward to going back.😊」
