「A little outdated, but clean and comfortable. Basic accommodations for a reasonable price. Here's what's special: the motel is literally on Cemetery Hill, a 5-minute walk from the National Cemetery and the High-Water Mark. It's close to everything - you can walk to shopping and family-friendly restaurants. Some rooms have three beds, so it's great for families with kids. Clean outdoor and indoor pools. I come to Gettysburg at least once a year, and I always stay here. 」

「I don’t have enough words to describe just how beautiful this gorgeous bed and breakfast manor really is! Our room was elegantly decorated with antiques throughout and yet it was inviting and comfortable! The bathroom had a large jacuzzi tub as well as a shower! There weren’t many other guests so we checked out the other rooms and all were just as amazing! The breakfasts were just brilliant! We felt completely pampered! I look forward to a return visit! 」

「We loved the history of the house itself as well as the section of the town it is located in. The manager was very informative about the history of the house, which we found interesting. Staff in general were knowledgeable about places to visit beyond the battle grounds, dinning options and some specifics about touring the National Park. Breakfast (at additional cost) was delicius 」

「The attendant at the desk was very friendly and efficient when checking us in. It was a pet friendly hotel but I am allergic to cat dander so I did feel a little stuffy after staying in the room. However, it was overall clean. The mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, but I would stay there again if I could be assured of a dander free room. It seems like the hotel has been updated recently, and the complementarybreakfast was very good.」
