「I checked in at 7:30 which was considered after hours so the door was locked. I had to call to find someone to help me. The elderly lady came to the door after a while but struggled to get it unlocked. I told her I was checking in and she kept asking me what room I was in. 「Don’t ever consider stay there ! I have never stayed at horrible place like this one. People are unprofessional, with the worst service in the world. Dirty sheets, unclean rooms, very disrespectful staff. It’s crazy !」

「 Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed).
