Room was clean and comfy. Front desk named Janina was very helpful. The servers at the Eatery named Zoey and especially Daniela were both very cheerful and engaging. Overall, the hotel was perfectly located inside the airport. Hassle free in catching an early flight.

Steigenberger Airport Hotel Frankfurt
The staff were very friendly and accommosating. We also received a great room upgrade that was honoured by the hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and the shower and washroom were great. I would absolutely return to this property. Great location just 5 minutes from the Frankfurt Airport.
