"Rooms clean. Staff friendly on arrival and departure Saved our bags the next day which was great Only 1 plug in bedroom & 1 in the bathroom - for a family of 3 we managed for 1 night. Eco friendly hotel which was nice to see and makes you use less water etc 20 to funicular. 10 mins from train station No noise from trains which was good "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had reasonable choice for a small-ish breakfast area but ran out of sine things (we were down towards end of breakfast times though). Room was ok but looked into a roof that covered a lot of the window so could not really see out. A few bits looking tired and need attention although bathroom was clean and modern looking. Great location for Bergamo station and Citta Bassa and buses ho right past hotel to Citta Alta (although not too long a walk either). "

"Excellent reception and restaurant staff. Fabulous extra large bed and the bus transfer was also a massive benefit with a friendly driver. Would recommend if you need to be close to the airport."

"The staff are phenomenal. But the hotel is next to a building site and they start early, not the hotel’s fault, but had I known before I booked I wouldn’t have booked. They moved us to a quieter room, but had the hotel been full it would have been tough, could not have asked for better service, the staff are amazing. Breakfast is superb and exceptionally clean."
