"A very nice hotel. And it was in an area where restaurants for breakfast or other along with an ice cream parlor were available right in the plaza with the hotel for a short walk."

"This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. It was absolutely filthy, disgusting, rundown, and we didn’t feel safe. I booked based on the reviews of “10/10 exceptional” for cleanliness and those are all clearly lies and fake reviews. I don’t think the property has ever been cleaned. The 1st room had trash and food crumbs all over the floor, exposed wires, broken pieces of furniture, stains, and just filth everywhere. I asked for a 2nd room and there were yellow stains all over the fitted bed sheets. I had to have them come change both bed sheets in front of us. The amount of soap scum and mildew on the shower curtain had it stained orange. Right after we checked in, 2 North Ridgeville police vehicles came and tried to unload someone with a suitcase to leave them at the hotel. There was a homeless couple on the sidewalk in front of the building also. There are trucks that park in the back of the lot and the man at the front desk said the police come through the lot 3-4 times night to patrol. The man was nice, but his excuse of having a new cleaning lady was not believable. The family that owns the property lives there. The breakfast area had questionable items and most things were marked “out of order”. I felt dirty just walking in, but it was a prepaid and they refused to refund me the $274 I paid for this awful stay. Do NOT stay here, it’s absolutely disgusting!"

"The hotel was clean and the room had some nice amenities with the larger fridge and microwave. The air conditioning was wonderful and my view with the balcony was nice. However, I was in the West Tower and everything is in a different tower, including the front desk. None of the restaurants or gift shop took cash. There were machines to change cash into cards. But, this was not always handy. The line to get coffee was always long in the morning. Free parking was available, which was nice and the parks were in walking distance. Most of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I did not get breakfast any of the days I was there. The phone reception was very poor but the WiFi worked well. All in all, for what I paid I feel it was very overpriced."

"We stayed on a Saturday night into Sunday, we booked a king size bed with a sofa bed. In reservation I included the fact that we would be traveling with our children and their ages, as requested. We arrived at our room and noticed there wasn’t any linens for the sofa bed for our two very young kids. I tried calling front desk 3 times and the line kept getting picked up & disconnected. I notified the front desk person when we were heading out to our activities on Saturday early after noon, shortly after check in, that we would need linens as there wasn’t any in the room. They assured me there would be linen set ready by the time we returned and to just stop back. We returned and Amber the manager on duty suggested “I could have them sleep on the bare mattress, lay a towel down, or go to the store and buy our own sheet set” since the hotel didn’t have anymore and she didn’t have time to go “dig something up”. Later during our exchange she threatened to kick myself and my family out and ban us from the hotel because I was simply asking for sheets for one of the beds in the room that I had booked weeks ahead. Amber was cold, rude, disrespectful and lacked basic customer service skills."
