「Near to perfect place for stay, from facilities, to staff, to location. Spacious, comfy, good sound proof, with everything you need for short or long stay. Will definitely come back if there's a chance. Above expectation provisions include free capsule coffee in lobby, Netflix, and WhatsApp contact with reception which made communication much easier and convenient. Only complaint is the weak water pressures in shower and lack of pillow options. The pillows are bulk and too high for us.」

「While I appreciate Edinburgh was busy due to a big music concert, the marathon and it being a English Bank Holiday weekend, the hotel were clearly charging a premium which wasn't deserved! 「大致上乾淨，服務也有禮。（沒有特別超級有禮。）但是洗頭水及沖涼液是環保樽裝，卻沒有補充，只有很少。最後用了自己帶來的。步行至Haymarket火車站近，大約5分鐘。可是 Haymarket附近沒有景點，要行去市中心需要15分鐘。這一區很多酒店，無論住那個酒店也是需要行15分鐘回到市中心景點。」

「Overall, our stay was excellent. The room was very comfortable, and the view of the bridges in South Isensferrt was absolutely lovely. We dined at the restaurant and were very impressed — both the food and the service were great. Our only issue was with the check-out experience. I had an important meeting at 11 and we politely asked if we could have a slightly later checkout — just by 30 minutes to an hour. Unfortunately, the staff member at the front desk was quite abrupt and didn’t respond...

「The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and met our need for a comfortable overnight stay within a reasonable distance to the airport. Once there, we wished we were staying longer.」

「Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and the hotel is located within walking distance from the train station. I just feel that it was newly opened and everything is in great condition. The breakfast is great, but unfortunately, we were not get notified of the opening times of the restaurant, so we miss one of the breakfasts due to early departure for the train (there was a strike on that day). Apart from that, I will definitely reconsider this hotel when I visit Edinburgh again.」

「Bad experience ! First night the heater was not working but the supervisor just gave us a portable heater which is noisy and bothering us all night . Luckily the next day we asked them to give us a new room otherwise it would be a disastor . Room cleaning is ridiculously every three days . We asked them to do room cleaning the second day morning but when we returned to hotel around evening , the room was not done cleaning at all . What’s worse is that the supervisor gave us a lame excuse ,...
