"There is no breakfast although lots of on site options to pay for. The room was beautiful, but oddly far away from the check in desk. Be prepared to walk."

"The staff/managers let people around 40-50 adults and teens to have alcohol and party in the lobby until after 2:00 AM on Friday night and I asked for a different room on another floor and they said no. On Saturday night it was a repeat of Friday night in which I got a video of the staff/managers allowing the partying and drinking again.. They also allowed drinking and underage partying in the parking lot with loud music until after midnight. The lobby was filled with about 60 people drinking, playing loud tv and open vodka bottles sitting on the table and adults and minors were running in and out of the hotel. The pool was supposed to close at 10 pm. They allowed unattended children and teens to stay in there until after 1 am. The staff refused to allow me to change rooms the first night and the second night made me wait until midnight before they gave me another room at the back of the hotel on the 4th floor where it wasn’t as loud. I had 2 rooms and requested a refund for only one of the rooms. My parent’s room was in the back of the hotel and they said it wasn’t as loud there. I was on the first floor and it was horrible. I was refused a refund even though I got no sleep. I asked to speak to the manager they said he wasn’t there. They gave me a card to email him and I received no response. I left my number and he was supposed to call me, he never did. I called back after I left to again try to talk to him but was never allowed to speak with him."

"We were very disappointed with our stay. The first room we were given had stains from bodily fluids on the beds, which was completely unacceptable. We requested a different room, and after moving, we found dirty towels left behind in the second room as well. To make matters worse, when I asked to switch rooms, I was told we would receive the room at a cheaper rate because of the inconvenience, but that never happened. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and handling of the situation were extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again."

"Our hostess, Jess, was absolutely amazing!! I never felt so well cared for and so welcomed. She took the time to share the history of the mansion. She made sure we had everything we needed. She even left a card and a cupcake in the room we stayed in when she discovered it was my birthday. At breakfast we met Jess’ mom who works along with her daughter, Jess. The breakfast was delicious and served up with the same warm hospitality. The mansion is absolutely gorgeous! The room we stayed in was very comfortable with an adjoining balcony. I can’t say enough wonderful things about it! I look forward to going back."

"Room was clean but had a weird smell (cleaning solution). It was also a little cramped. Gym was small. Didn't get a chance to check out breakfast. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get more towels. They seemed a little bothered that we even asked. "
