「Front desk staff very friendly and informative. Told us about many of the amenities at the hotel as well as what was available in the surrounding local area. Rooms were very clean. Overall hotel was very clean and modern. Including breakfast and cookies and coffee in the lobby.」

「We thought we had booked the room for the night of our arrival but found out we were off by a day. Called the check in number and was helped by a very understanding person who made it possible to stay that night. After a long day of traveling this was a wonderful outcome. Room was clean and plenty of towels to go around.」

「While the bed was clean and comfortable, the rest of the room was beyond shabby(not unclean but worn out). The hallways had random upside down furniture and tables. Did not match pictures.」

「Room was clean but had a weird smell (cleaning solution). It was also a little cramped. Gym was small. Didn't get a chance to check out breakfast. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get more towels. They seemed a little bothered that we even asked. 」

「We got in late from traveling about 11:15pm and they were very busy at this time. About 7 families checking in. They only had one person handling the desk and she also had to clean our 2 very expensive rooms. They were nice but you should not charge so much for the lack of service. I would very much like to have my credit card credited for at least one room 」
