"Wir haben für zwei Nächte das Hotel B & B Heiligenstadt gebucht und sind sehr positiv überrascht. Dieses Hotel ist brandneu und riecht auch sehr neu. Es ist erst einige Wochen offen. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Empfang, eine junge Dame mit langen schwarzen Haaren war sehr engagiert und motiviert. Und wir haben auch unser Wunschzimmer bekommen. die Empfangsdame hat sehr sich sehr gekümmert, dass wir zufrieden sind und hat uns auf eine kostenfreie Garage hingewiesen. "I went with my family with 2 under 5 kids and as we all know how messy with kids but every day room was cleaned and tide when i come back in room i always get clean room i am so happy with my stay even they clean my utensils that left in sink i can recommend this place whenever i visit Austria i will book living hotel without any hesitation ❤️"

"We stayed here for two nights, very lovely clean room, fully equipped. Breakfast is an option if you like but we didnt decide on it. The beds are comfy and the rooms are very lovely. Heads up if you plan on travelling into Vienna on a Sunday, the bus only stops once an hour and last bus is at 7pm so later you would need to take uber we also didnt know coming back into the hotel late in the evening that on Sundays the bus doesnt stop at the hotel bus stop after a certain time instead it turns left and misses around 4/5 bus stops one of them being the hotel one which was a bit hard but we managed. There are ubers running if needed. Overall a lovely stay easy check in even at 11pm. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. First of all the location was excellent for what we needed. As we had relatives who lived just down the road and the wasserpark just round the corner. The apartment itself was well equipped. Plenty of space and modern touches. The communication provided was great with clear instructions and information. We have stayed in Wien on numerous occasions but this was our first time staying in floridorf. The area was full of the needed shops like groceries, clothing, eateries. As always the transport links around the city was excellent with a direct link to the airport from florisdorf station (s7) We would highly recommend the floridorfer apartments and look forward to our next vienna trip. "
