「Schön renoviertes Zimmer und top Lage. Der Service war jedoch eher distanziert und beschränkte sich auf das Nötigste. Auch bei Fragen zum öffentlichen Parkplatz an Feiertagen konnte uns die Rezeption nicht weiterhelfen. Störend war zudem ein Duft aus der Lüftung, der während der zweiten Nacht unangenehm wurde. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotenzial beim Service.」

「Nos gustó mucho la habitación y el alojamiento en general es encantador. La habitación tiene mucho espacio, el balcón es muy bonito y amplio, y tiene vistas al jardín que está muy bien cuidado, de hecho la primera noche compramos comida y comimos en el balcón. El desayuno fue espectacular, trato muy amable y cercano, estuvimos hablando con Giovanna que nos recomendó qué visitar y fue muy atenta y amable. Recomendable 100%」

「Amazing property and the best host we have had in all of our travels. The room was beautiful and we had access to a lovely common space kitchen. The location was absolutely perfect as well. The host provided excellent information about the area and its history. I definitely want to go back to Lucca and will absolutely stay here again. Thank you so for the incredible stay ❤️」

「I stayed in the twin room as a solo traveler - very comfortable bed and roomy bathroom as noted in other reviews. Having breakfast available was a nice option. I tried to get a hold of the host twice during my stay - once via WhatsApp re renting a bike and once via Expedia about bag storage - neither inquiry received any response. I’m very surprised other guests found the staff so helpful honestly. I had no interaction besides entrance instructions. 」

「The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain.
