「Arco Antico is very close to Firenze SMN station, the host Matteo is a super nice guy. 「NOT a family place at all. Can't sleep in the night due to the noise being caused by other people in the hotel, at night you can't do anything about it. There's no one to call, no one outside in the lobby or on the floor where the rooms were. Horrible customer service. The washroom is so small. Especially shower area is so tiny, you are not able to move a step. You can't take a shower properly. Elevator is only for suits cases use, it cannot hold more people it's so old. 「With the exception to the check-in, everything was great! The instructions were not crystal clear and they don’t have a reception, so finding the right gate (left side of the cafeteria in the corner) was tricky as it didn’t have any sign as well. 「The room was very nice, spacious and well maintained by staff with two exceptions: - the AC is centrally managed and the duct points directly at the heads of people in both beds at night. This results in the need to contact staff to turn down or completely off the AC at night for some (like my family had to do) - the double shower had a drain that would back up if both showers ran high volumes of water.」
