「This is a wonderful place to stay. Great location and the property was amazing. We will stay here again in the future.」

「Clean property and room. Good shower. Loved the pool with the slide. Great breakfast every morning. Nice fire pits out back, but back outside area showing some wear. Pool area is great. Good workout area as well.」

「The room was ok. Bed frame had springs and was very loud with every position change and was not very comfortable. The ice machine was gross. There was mold on the outside. There was no fire alarm/ smoke detector, but the frame for it was on the wall in the room. There wasn’t enough trash cans. The shower was terrible. The shower curtain was short. The drain was slow and water went everywhere. The floor was soaked with a shower. The hot/ cold water was switched on the sink. The floor was filthy....

「The bedding was clean but the carpeting felt a little damp. This could be because the AC was set to 68° and high when we came in late. There was a glade plug-in to mask any musty smells. The areas where the carpet met the doorframes were coming up. You have to hold the knob down on the toilet for a good 10 seconds or more just to get it to flush completely. We did see a palmetto bug by the toilet but it was dying. This is an older hotel, and I know that the new owners are very slowly doing...

「Television didnt work, they came to fix it, it worked for about 2 monutes and it stopped. There was a lady that just waltzed into our room at 7am and said that she thought we were gone because we left our keys in the room, we had 2 adjoining rooms with our kids, i was a little more than livid since my stay was made uncofortable for me and my family. I will give no recomendation for this property. Walking room to room looking inside the windows to see if guests are still there. There is a reason...

「Came here with my husband six year-old three year-old and one year-old. Everything is at your fingertips. The staff could not be nicer and the property is extremely clean and well maintained perfect proximity to everything that you need to do in pigeon Forge! We love Tennessee.」

「The area was in the middle off all the areas we plan to visit. Upon arriving I had to wait 30mins after 3pm to check in, once inside our room the room was full of crumbs left on the counter tops and lots of greasy finger and Hand marks every where, had a sweaty smell. I did go back to the front desk to request for the maid to clean our room the areas that where not cleaned out from what I believe was from them rushing to be out so we can check in. I waited about 45mins and no maid came. I took...
