The front desk staff is a bit disengaged and not a lot of initiative. Had to remind one young lady to be sure our wrist bands were activated. On a different visit had ask a different young lady if she intended to advise when the room was ready.

Naples Grande Beach Resort
Staff was so friendly and acomodating. Rooms, beds and common areas are spacious, bright and comfortable. The beach is gorgeous and magical for collecting shells in the morning. This hotel has been a favorite of ours for years and we look forward to returning.
