"We stayed in the Bay Inn, which is the somewhat less expensive sister property to the Lani Kai beachfront resort. It’s directly across the street from the main hotel so really no big deal at all. No view, but that’s ok. Very good size room…full bedroom, seperate full living/eating/kitchenette area. Would be nice if they had a door separating the 2 spaces, but oh well. Nice large fridge/freezer, large microwave. Plenty of towels for bathroom and beach. Main hotel has loads of different food options, and bar options too, although on weeknights at least it was pretty empty. Beautiful beach, nice pool with lots of pool toys. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in very early. A couple of complaints… I know they want to make the price look cheaper but it’s really annoying when you get to the hotel and there is a fee for parking. I know lots of hotels do it but it’s still annoying. It’s $20 a day extra and there’s nothing you can do about it. There is nowhere else to park so why not just add it on to the price instead of being kind of sneaky about it. Also, you’re paying a lot of money to stay at this hotel, which is a beach hotel but if you want to go to the beach and have beach chairs and an umbrella you have to pay extra for that you can bring your own chair an umbrella if you want to set it up yourself, but I mean you’re going to a beach resort. I kind of feel like beach chairs, and an umbrella should just be offered to you for free."
"Beautiful lobby decor, friendly staff and efficient valet parking. Delicious foods served at the pool restaurant/bar. Clean rooms and excellent room service. Will recommend to friends and family to go back and visit again this summer."
"A perfect weekend getaway. Very easy to do with kids and has several dining options on site. The room was spacious but a bit outdated. The breakfast at Jack's was gteat and you can even do takeout."
