「Blinds were very dusty. Bathtub is dangerously slippery.」

「Ice machine broken, pop machine only would take quarters. Nobody at front desk to check in. The place definitely needs some tlc. First time & the last time we will ever stay there.」

「Nice people」

「Can't check in」

「One of the best stays I’ve ever had!」

「Clean room, well-lit parking lot, helpful staff」

「Amazing stay!」

「The facility is an old hotel whose rooms have been updated. They still have the creaky old floors, though there are rugs on them now. We choose to stay there knowing that, and because it was one block away from the Nauvoo Temple. The bed was great. 「Clean and reasonable rates for the room. Good breakfast but wished they offered the delicious biscuits and gravy every morning.」

「Great location. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast.」

「Right in the middle of a wonderful historic area, makes for a nice walk in the neighborhood. Home is beautiful.」

「Light switch entering room did not work. Run out of hot water while taking a shower 3 times. Refrigerator did not work. Toilet handle was broken. Coffee maker didn't work. Breakfast choices were pitiful. Won't stay there anymore.」

「Check in took a LONG time...15 plus minutes. We discovered after pulling the bedding down for the night that one side of the sheet had a huge hole. My husband got his foot caught in it. Even if we would have wanted to call the front desk...no phone. The shower had hair from other guests in it. How do you miss that much hair when cleaning???? Our room phone didn't work or even have a cord connected to it and we had an emergency and had to call for an ambulance. Thank goodness for cell phones! Due...
