We stayed there before going in a cruise. The room was clean and nice. The continental breakfast was great. We were a little confused about the check in. We missed it somehow to check in at 1915. We came in the dark and could not find the check in and were dragging our suitcases up and down the street but called and the staff helped us and once we found it, we were good. We would likely stay again now that we know how it all works. The staff were all very nice. Thanks

It was extremely difficult to find the office. We stumbled on it by accident. They brought batteries for the remote but the tv didn't work. But it was very very clean. And the bed was comfortable.

Grate Location and all you need facilities.

I want to wright good review, opposite to all bad which confused us and we lost money not booking straight the whole week. I booked 1night to check then booked other 6, but unfortunately rate increased and we had to pay more for next 6 days. I don't understand why people complain about two stars hotel facilities, when they know that place is not a five star? This hotel has 24 small old style buildings, 1-2 stories , joined in to one complex. All rooms have kitchen or kitchenette with cook tops, big fridge and microwave. Complex has 4 heated pools which everyone can use 9-9. Pools were very warm even in cold December winter. We were very happy to use one of it. Weather was pretty bad for us, so warm pool and full kitchen made our stay comfortable. We stayed in two rooms: Studio in 1 night and deluxe studio with balcony. Thank front desk lady who convinced us to take room with balcony, close to pool in Neptune building. Rooms were freshly painted and after cosmetic reno. Bed was comfortable, washroom renovated and had good hot water. Minus: I am not even complain but some notes. The service desk people very busy serving check-ins and selling stuff in small shop. They do their best but we had to wait. They speak English, but Spanish is usfull. In room, kitchen had no kitchenware when we arrived, we asked for it from service desk and were given all we asked. If you think about full set of luxury cookware, you should rent luxury appartments. But we got basic stuff we need.

The room was ok, but we won’t be returning. We really only needed a one day stay due to a flight cancellation, but we didn’t know when we booked it that the room wouldn’t be available until 4 pm and we needed to be out by 11 am. The site stated in small print that we needed to check in at a different location, so we missed that when we were trying to find the place. There are no numbers or even the name oasis on the place. There was no box of tissues, no soap at the bathroom sink and 3 pillows for 2 people! (We both use two pillows!) not too much of an oasis.

Traveled from Canada, arrived at 9pm to flooded parking lot, no signage, doors locked and no lights on. Waited for 10 mins for someone to answer the door. Front desk man angry and denied us a room and Kicked us out and turned lights off

This property had super friendly staff. Check in was easy. If i had to have a negative it would be the surprise parking charge however it was cheaper than to park in public parking areas. All and all I will be staying there again and would most definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The ad showed a pool, well looks like the have room scatter around the block so the pool was somewhat around another building not next to our out or close by. Breakfast was a block away. Parking was extra $20 I won’t stay ever again here. Also the address was wrong too

The reason why I choose this hotel it was because it’s close to the beach. The rooms need remodeling. The property was not well maintained. I told the Uber driver the address off of Expedia to drop me off and it was the wrong address.

Best part was leaving

Parking was random and disorganized. Couches were dirty. Pull out bed had a bunch of missing springs. Blinds were broken. Floors were oily/sticky. Main beds were really squeaky. Pillows were not comfortable. Dining table was really wobbly, glass not connected to the legs. Only positive is that it is really close to the beach (walking distance).
