The toilets were leaking, we called and the person they sent took 45 mins to reach. He tried to fix the problem and told us it wasn’t fixable leaving the property unlivable with sewage water all over the property. We told the property owners what happened and they said they can’t help us and they can’t get another place for to stay leaving us homeless in a foreign country.

The stay was overall safe, and my five kids really enjoyed their time there. However, the neighbors were aggressive, frequently banging on the walls and floors, which made the stay uncomfortable at times. The pool was also dirty, which was especially disappointing because I had hoped my kids would be able to enjoy it. Overall, my kids loved the stay aside from the pool situation, but the noise and behavior from the neighbors were definitely a negative part of the experience.

This apartment was in a nice area. Free parking and the pool was wonderful. We didnt use the BBQ but it was there. The staff were always present around the grounds. They had a cute patio set with umbrella. Would definitely go back. My only observation would be if its 4 afts in the one bedroom its awkward to use the bathroom st night as its an ensuite to the bedroom so you need to go through the bedroom. Next time we would book a 2 bedroom if 2 couples.

The apartment was clean and amenities were great. Just as described in the web site. The location is very close to supermarkets, pharmacies and the mall. Not a walking distance to the beach, but 7 to 8 minutes driving, so wasn't a.big deal getting to the beach. Overall, I will definitely recomend this place and comeback on future visits. Leah was very responsive and excellent to communicate with.

The place was nice and cozy. Felt like a home. Nice lil spot to hang out in outside. Only complaint is that the room service lady walked in 10 minutes BEFORE check out time and was rushing to get us out.
