Pros:
1. The room was spacious, with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen and a futon in the main area. Lots of room for our family of 5.
2. Steps from the beach! Location was fantastic.
3. Price was reasonable.
Cons:
1. It was a little confusing checking in, as the check in was about a block away from the room and the instructions given at check-in did not match where we eventually found the room.
2. The room was run down and could have been cleaner. Broken cupboards, the king bed was one flop away from crashing to the floor, the floor was quite dirty.
3. After booking a place that said it included a kitchen, we expected basic amenities. There were no dishes, cookware or anything. You could call the office for a box to be delivered to you.
4. The front desk is always slammed. The lady working tried her best, and was friendly and helpful. But having so many different properties tied to a single check-in/check-out point made for long lines and wait times.
Overall, I would recommend staying here if you just want an afforable place big enough for your family that is very close to the beach and you don't mind things being a bit run down.
