Great location for a short walk to the beach.

Check in was rather lengthy but front desk receptionist did give us an upgraded room which was sweet. Our room was clean and newly renovated. Be sure to have your parking passes visible in your vehicle. They tow vehicles quickly around the area if your not paying for parking. Location is great.

Nice stay at the beach.

The people at the office were very helpful. The morning breakfast offered enough good choices. The pool was a plus. Motel was very close to the beach and boardwalk both of which are outstanding. The room was nice and clean. If you want maid service you need to request it. They supply beach towels. Microwave and fridge were a plus.

Everything about this little hotel was perfect. The pool the barbecue area walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and nightlife. We honestly had so much fun. We’re coming back next month.

Property was nice and clean the bed was a lil uncomfortable and having to pay for parking was ridiculous and to book a room with a kitchen without cooking supplies in the room was very odd that you had to call the front desk for cooking supplies

Perfect location in front of the sea and close to the canal to use the water taxi. This is our second time so we knew what to expect, we were not looking for a luxury hotel just wanted a small place with a kitchen so we could eat quietly on the terrasse facing the sea . Love the terrasse with the long chairs facing the sea . We enjoyed our stay … juste the shower curtain could be cleaner

Very good location. Close walking street and beach. But there stops the positive. Non serviceminded staf, poor cleaning and rooms as well as the hotel building and souroundings as poolarea etc, deperatly in need of maintenace and refresh.

We actually had a hard time getting to this place but finally figured it out as the email had one address and the gps showed a different one. Very weird. We only spent one night. The front desk is odd, not like a typical hotel. Very cramped but it has like a mini convenience store right next to the front desk which I thought was interesting “all in one” kind of thing. It could use some renovation but it was good enough for us. My best friend n I loved the board walk which is right there. We had a nice night!

Was worth the price(low rates). The doors aren’t properly installed so you can hear everything, especially your neighbours arguing at 2am (happened two nights in a row). Rooms are good for what you pay for them. If you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep and Want to be out of your room for most of the time, this is the place. Staff aren’t the friendliest, like to argue and yell at you. They were helpful to me but I witnessed them agree with multiple people. Overall a 5 out of 10. Sketchy area at night time

This establishment is undeniably a substandard facility. !!Not worth the rental rate!! Neither my family nor I received the room originally booked. The pricing is exorbitant. The gentleman at the front desk provided the poorest customer service, neglecting us, dismissing us verbally, and exhibiting hostility as if he intended to intimidate my family and me. The condition of the room was unacceptable, with rat droppings on the bed and the unit being rented with snot on the wall, inappropriate inscriptions on picture frames, and there was no hand or shower soap. The paintwork and baseboards were in deplorable condition. Upon entry, one observed trash on the couch and floor, as if house keeping swept and pushed aside the debree to the edges. Overall, this was the worst experience I have encountered, and I would strongly advise against considering this hotel.

I had to eight and a half months pregnant friend that was with me and needed to sit in the room for a couple of extra minutes waiting for the Uber and they called the cops on her and then they also took my deposit never will be back and I was someone who promoted this group of hotels very much
