「The staff here are amazing they cant do enough for you.They even had a bucket of cleaner and a windshield squeegee outside the front door to clean your windshield!!!I never saw that at any other place. Hotel itself is comfortable but could use a renovation but everything works.Great value for the money 」

「The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.」

「Short unexpexted stay because of a vehicle break down. Dog friendly, reasonable, but they should make it a pet deposit instead of a fee. Doggy slept in the kennel and we woke and left. Kind and friendly staff. Had a place to park our trailer. 」

「Nice place to stay. We stay here from time to time. the same ice machines have been out of order for the last year or so. Highway construction makes access a bit more difficult. they have a nice breakfast. They only had one lady watching the front desk and taking care of the food. She was a bit rushed. All in all, it was a good place to stay at.」

「When I arrived, there was a group of loud guys in the lobby. This made listening to the receptionist difficult. I mentioned this and the young man shifted and spoke louder so I could hear. Check-in went without a hitch. We stayed only overnight as we were traveling.」

「I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and fresh everything was. The hallways smelled good, and the room itself was comfortable and well-kept — definitely above average for this price point. Check-in was smooth, parking was easy, and we felt safe throughout the night. It was a great stop during our long road trip, and I’d definitely stay here again if passing through Casper.」
