「Was disappointed that the spa wasn’t working」

「The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.」

「Overall, an okay stay. I appreciate a hotel that's not right off the highway, it was quiet. However, it is a shame you have to pay for mediocre breakfast. Staff wasn't the friendliest, they seem to be understaffed maybe? Room was not very clean, there were hairs all over the shower and bathroom, I don't think the shower had been cleaned. There was also a stain on the cover sheet for the bed. Would give them another chance if we ever need to stay here again. 」

「The staff was very nice, and accommodated our late check-out due to my medical issues. The toiletries smell amazing! If you forget something, they have a 24 hour al a carte available for payment. The soundproofing between rooms was absolutely perfect!!! Couldn't hear anyone next door, couldn't hear the maids in the morning cleans the rooms!!! Highly recommended for all!!!!!」

「We had an overall terrible experience here. At check in they “didn’t have our room available” a suite as we anre a family of 6 and blamed it on me booking through Expedia. They accommodated us with 2 double queens that we were told were adjoining which did we’re not adjoining, the staff got super short with us and rude when we brought it up. One of our rooms was not properly cleaned, personal belonging and trash under the edges of the bed. We were then told there weren’t anymore rooms next to...

We were suppose to receive a credit and never did because we “booked through a third party”. Next, the gal who was handling breakfast was very argumentative.
