「The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.」

「Fantastic place to stay! I was traveling with a dog and my 82 year old mother. I had originally booked at another place hotel but they couldn't accommodate my needs. I was thrilled when I discovered how welcoming the Ramkota was at the last minute on a holiday weekend with state soccer finals in town. 「I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort.
