「Front desk person said my room number out loud isn't that happy with that when I did ask if they had any room besides smoking they said no All of the rooms are labeled non-smoking on the door placards. The windows have to be pushed very hard to open up. I only got a smoking room because it was what was available at time of booking. There is a soft spot in the bathroom near the toilet were it will need to be fixed with someone will be stepping through the floor. The catch plate on the door is...

「The bathroom grout in the handicapped room was disgusting, so much so that I refused to use the shower. It was very noisy as well since it’s right off the lobby. That being said, the people were nice and access to the highway was very convenient.」

「We were super excited for this trip at this hotel, mainly for the pool for my toddler. The pool was filthy and had bugs and hair floating in it. The room they gave us was the only one with a brick wall outside that looked like a party rooftop area and pretty sketchy, but luckily no one wandered up there to look in our windows while we were there. The breakfast was fine, but the floors in the pool area and bathrooms had noticable grime and the floors hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Such a bummer...
