"In our room, there was no shampoo provided. I had trouble turning on the shower because the handle that controls the water was completely hidden. When I contacted the reception at 8 PM, there was no one available to help, and the person inside the hotel couldn’t come out from behind the reception desk. Everything else seemed fine, but I think with a bit of renovation, it could look much better."

"It was a wonderful stay, we appreciated the gated parking, the newly renovated room, the swing out tv above the jacuzzi tub and the cozy pillows. Everything we needed was in walking distance or short driving distance. Definitely will be staying here again! "

"Lack of ventilation in bath/shower room caused rust and mould on walls, ceiling and fixtures. Pub staff friendly and energetic! Restaurant expensive and far below expectations. "

"The staff was really rude to me, the morning that I had to check out, I went for a meeting and it took longer than I expected, came back to check out and I went to apologize for missing the check out, mind you I was supposed to to check out at 11am and I got back to the hotel at 11:23am. I went to apologize to the staff at the front desk and she was really rude and disrespectful to me and kept making terrible remarks and honestly I felt very insulted. It seem she spoke to me that way cause I was a person of color. It really hurt my feelings and ruined the whole experience for me. "
