「Front desk is not friendly! Elevator was out of order, and we have two heavy luggage to move upstairs without any help...」

「The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. But the highlight of the hotel is the location. It's right along the Animas River and you can walk out the door to access the river walk. It's also really close to downtown. If you're looking for an affordable convenient option in Durango this is a great spot.」

「The staff were super friendly, down tovearth friendly, not fake friendly. They were also helpful and prompt about it when I had trouble with the tv. Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good. How coffee, tea, and water available at all hours & free.」
