"They were very nice people that own and run it they allowed us to ck in a little early and we had to switch to non-smoking room and they were very quick to meet our needs. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Clean comfortable hotel conveniently located near UPMC hospitals. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean with nice amenities except for the pillows. While they look nice and fluffy, the second you put your head on them they turn into flat pancakes. The parking price is also a little steep—$35 for one night is a lot especially when the cost of the room is also high. Overall it is a great place to stay if you need to be at one of the hospitals early in the morning. "

"Fantastic property, competitive price. Huge open bar and restaurant area. Perfect for any large gathering, like a wedding, reunion, etc. The inside of the hotel is tasteful and well decorated. Modern bar, comfy, clean rooms, easy parking and pick up drop off. Amazing location."

A variety of shops, restaurants, and things to do on the strip. The hotel has a nice indoor pool, exercise room, and outdoor patio. Every staff person we met was helpful and kind. "

She remarked that she recollected who I was when we met as I checked-out - that's meaningful Customer Service.
