Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3:45pm. Front desk took my phone number and said they would call as soon as it was ready. Never got a call. Room ready when we came back to check at 5:45pm. No hot items for breakfast as they said their stove/ oven broke down.

I travel a lot for business

It was a short stay and I came in late. I was checked in very promptly and in my room inside 5 minutes. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. I was coming from another time zone so I was up at 3am and so pleased to be able to get a fresh cup of coffee in the lobby. The room was well laid out, quiet and just what I needed.
