「Your not so nice desk clerk has twice now not been too welcoming. She doesnt wear a name tag, was the blonde at 1:48 pm on 7/1. Telling us we needed to pay an early check-in fee before 2pm, stating our room WAS ready. When i showed her the time on my phone, she then stated it was NOT ready. Stares at us like we are bothering her, no other resort in the area does this, weve been to all if them.」

「Very historical place, there are remodeling and doing a great job, very clean, everything you need right on the property. The manager Eric, is very nice and accommodating. The restaurant on site has very good food and the service is excellent to hidden gem」

「A beautiful little inn that reminds me of days gone by. Guest Services was outstanding - special shout-out to Sarah at the front desk who went above & beyond to personally deliver extra water bottles to our room after a hot day of hiking. Also, chef & service staff at Bisto 67 were among the best we've experienced. A bit of highway noise (we had a front facing room) was the only negative, but everything else was spot on!
