Were told they would work on providing either another room with a shower or simply a shower curtain to add to the tub. We waited for over 2 hours with no other room or even a shower curtain. My family and I were flying out early next day and simply wanted a shower! When I called earlier in the day to book, I asked if they had a pool...

「This was the most beautiful stay. This was our first time in Sicily and I loved our first stop in Palermo because of Heritage Collection Palermo B&B. The room was exactly as pictured, modern but with the original architecture around it. It was so clean, quiet, and with a perfect balcony in the room to experience Palermo.
