"Easy to get to from Florence city centre. However worth noting that reception closes at 21:30, we were extremely lucky they stayed open as we arrived very close to 22:00 after a day exploring the city.
Pizza onsite was good, views stunning. Accomodation shakes a little when people walked around inside but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. "

Communicated everyday for options for breakfast and provided everything we needed would definitely stay again and highly recommend. "We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has so much charm and the owners/operators were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. They also provide a very nice continental breakfast. Major attractions are walkable from the hotel but some may find it a stretch. Fortunately it is very handy to the tram line. "Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan!
There are two locations in Florence and I stayed at the Belfiore Hotel, which was a short walk or tram ride from Florence Station.
It was a bit out of the way from the city centre, but I think the hotel more than makes up for it with its friendly staff, high standard of facilities, including all clean rooms with all the mod cons you’d expect, and a stunning roof top bar and pool.
I can also recommend the restaurant and cafe adjoining the hotel too, both offered some fantastic food and were clearly busy with the locals and guests of the hotel, shared working space facilities etc. "

Fruit juices, tea, coffee, fruit, breads, meats, cheese, yoghurt, pastries, cold cereal, donuts, toppings, and snacks.
The beds were comfortable. The shower had 2 shower heads…hand held and a large sprinkler. Toilet and bidet. :) Very clean.
The staff was kind and helpful.
Great location, walking distance to basilica.
