「1. Location is very good. The hotel is located in the nearest mountain around Florense, very good mountian view in the morning. Very easy to access the city by bus in front of the hotel. 2. Hotel garden is exactly the same as the pictures shown on the website. Very relax and beautiful landscape. 3. Spacious room, very big. After our stay in Venice, this seems a different world. 4. Gormet food in the hotel. We ordered T-bone steak and pasta at the hotel resturant, which is outdoor, around the...

「The hotel is a wonderful and unique experience. The staff service was amazing. Two things that could be improved. It would be great if the recharging technology for phones and other electronics was up to par. Ideally there should be USB outlets scattered throughout the rooms. And finally, I asked the front desk to order a taxi and then I realize the shuttle driver was leaving in three minutes and so when I went to cancel the Taxi, I was charged €20 because he was already on the way. There should...

「Our first visit to Tuscany and this was a beautiful location. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and it was so much space. Full kitchen with terrace, living room with TV if you want it, views of the Tuscan countryside from the windows. We had breakfast on sight each day, dinner a few times. Fresh and local ingredients. I loved walking through the property seeing the animals and in the trails through the woods. Only 5km outside of Florence, it's a great location to still do the touristy things in...

「Property was very nice. Had a problem with the plumbing in our room. We let the property know about this. I am new to all these properties with no staff and everything done online. One big problem we had that when we checked out, we left our bags to get later, which they have a nice locker area for this. When we came back to get our bags, I couldn’t access our code to get back in the building to get our bags. When we checked out on the app, all that info went away. My bad I guess for not saving...
