"I was delighted to find the appearance of the hotel to look like a 1950's motel. It was so appropriate since we were going back in time to see Mt. Airy (Mayberry). However everything was clean and new looking. The continental breakfast was wonderful with buttermilk biscuits like Grandma use to make. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. It was a great trip and the hotel made a positive difference."

"This stay was well worth the cost. The staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The only thing that would make it better is adding eggs or sausage or bacon to the breakfast. The breakfast was adequate but had no hot food. I would stay here again no problem. A little distance from the interstate too."

"We stopped into this La Quinta for a short stay over. We usually choose La Quinta because of the budget friendly rates and general cleanliness, but this experience was EXTRAORDINARY. The rooms and property were squeaky clean, property felt very safe and secure. And Staff was so friendly and helpful! Jolly, specifically kept asking how our stay was, if our rooms were clean, and how the breakfast was, and if he could do anything else for us. Truly made our stay so special! We will certainly be back to La Quinta Radford should the occasion call!"
