「The property is old. So there are some things that may not be up to the standard of some people. With that being said for it being an older property the place is clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is great. Great place for an affordable room. 」

「The most important part of this room is it was economical and clean. Cleanliness is important to me. Breakfast wasn't fancy but had refrigerated sandwiches to heat up in microwave. Yogurt fruit and bagels also. Thank you」

「I believe this our 4th visit to the Malibu Beach Resort. It’s a terrific vintage motel (2 stories, L shaped, with a pool in the courtyard). Rooms are clean and basic, but have all that you need for a beach vacation. We stayed in a newly renovated apartment and it was awesome. The location is perfect, across the street from the beach.
